Inventory Returns
1) I take detailed pictures of every piece I sell before shipping.
2) I will refund the materials cost but not the labor expenses.
3) If there is an issue or your piece is not to your expectations we can work out any possible option before discussing a refund
4) If you do need a full refund contact me directly but on hand, I will not refund my labor expenses.
5) I will refund you your money once I get the item back!
Custom Returns
1) I take detailed pictures of every piece I sell before shipping.
2) I require a non-refundable down payment for the stones
3) Customs, once paid for, are non-refundable unless there is an extenuating circumstance. Please contact me directly with questions.
4) I will do my best to perfect your custom and work with you to tailor your order to your satisfaction
